My next stop, Korean playground! Noriter Cafe is the new place for the hanging out of the students around Vito Cruz. If you’re looking for koreans, you might find some here, but there’s no Korean food.

Noriter: Playground

Noriter: Playground

Korean playground

Noriter is the Korean word for ‘playground’. I think the concept is— since there’s a big number of Korean students here, they set up-ed a place named in Korean and as such ‘playground’ for the Koreans to relate (and having Noriter, back home will make them feel still connected). The place is a cafe, and it has a Coffee-Prince-ish feel to it (minus the baristas) and to campare it with Starbucks’ comfyness, Noriter is the coziest place I have ever stayed.

No Korean food

There’s no Korean food, there’s coffee and American breakfast. It’s a so-so for a food place— you don’t go there for food, maybe for coffee, but not real food. There’s dessert— I saw their halo-halo, it’s big, haven’t tried yet though, but it looks yummy. Ah! and also, There’s free WIFI, so you can bring your lappies there. Remember: there’s no Korean food, only Korean people. Don’t forget to greet them: 안녕하세요 annyeonghaseyo!
