I didn’t even need my passport to have a slice of Indian Naan. New Bombay is a restaurant in Makati, owned by New Bombay Foods, Inc., and operated by an Indian, plus an Indian Chef! In an Indian themed ambiance, you’ll definitely get a taste of Indian culture there. You can’t get more aunthetic than that.

Hot chilly spicy

Food served were the best! I love spicy! My cousin and I are suckers for spicy food, but I think it was too spicy for our taste, good thing we ordered Lassi, a yogurt drink or shake. Lassi can wash all that spicyness away. Their chicken (kebab and buttered curry), were just the tender-est I tasted (chewed for that matter) and the tastiest too, I think it comes really with their culture to have that distinct tastes (remember Raddikha from Top Chef— always noticed by judges to have a distinct taste).

Indian service at its best

Yogurt Sauce

Yep, okay first, it was Pinays who served us, they were friendly, ofcourse (they thought we were foreigners, but not that, Pinays are always friendly). Their boss is as friendly like a Pinoy, he even asked if our food was okay and if there’s anything we want. I just asked for the white sauce that compliments the kebabs I order in Mr. Kebab. It was not in the menu, but the boss, was kind enough to ask his chef to fix the sauce I was bugging them about.
